Requirement

1.

ASWARA Loans

This loan is only open to students in second (2) years of Diploma and Degree in Arts Culture and Heritage Academy (ASWARA) who have achieved the Association Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 and above and did not receive any sponsorship either in the form of loans or scholarships from any party. 

2.

ASWARA Scholarships

  • Open to students who pursue Diploma and Masters Degree in Animation & Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Theatre, Dance, Music, Movies & Television, Creative Writing and Arts and Cultural Management.
  • Not bound by any scholarships / loans from other organizations.
  • Household / Parents income is less than RM 3,000 per month.
  • SPM – Excellent in English and three other subjects in Visual Arts, Accounting, History, Literature, literary English, Basic Economics, Trade and honors in Mathematics and English.
  • Excellent in STPM: 4 Principal A / B
  • OR Diploma holder in art-related fields and achieve a minimum CGPA  of 3.50

 

3.

Selangor State Government Education Loans

  • The applicant was born in the state or parents were born in the state or the applicant resided for more than five years in the state with confirmation of an Assemblyman / headman / JKKK Chairman / Chairman of the Village.
  • Applicants is offered a place to study full-time only. Studies in Distance Learning (DL) / off-campus (PLK) are not eligible to apply.
  • Students have not received any sponsorship from other sponsors.
  • Academic qualification of Bachelor Degree – Getting a Certificate of Eligibility Basic / Pre-Degree / Matriculation / Diploma with approval CGPA / CGPA 2.50 and above OR obtain at least 4 Grade C in any subject STPM level OR obtaining at least 5 passes at the STAM. Getting a diploma at least 5 credits in any subject at SPM OR obtain approval Qualification certificate with CGPA / CGPA of 2.50 and above.

 

4.

Johor Education Foundation

Residents of the State of Johor AND residing in the State of Johor;

  • Age is not exceeding 45 years on the date of application;
  • The applicant shall receive an offer of admission / studying before applying to university education funding
  • The course must obtain the Certificate of Accreditation of Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and no expiry period on submission of application
  • remaining period of study during application shall be not less than one (1) year;
  • No other sponsor (Loan / Scholarship)
  • Courses taken must be full-time

 

5.

Terengganu Education Foundation

  • Get offer from institutions of learning / training.
  • State Representatives based on place of birth or parents has resided in this country for more than 10 years and have evidence to continue to settle in this country. In the case of a resident domiciled, confirmation letter must be obtained.
  • Have not received any sponsorship from other sponsors
  • Do not get sponsorship at the full rate (maximum) of any major sponsoring agencies.
  • For those who work, priority will be given to those who work half time or without salary.

 

6.

Pahang Foundation

  • Received an offer from IPT with category as follow
  • Have a good health status
  • Always have a good personal expenditure and has a superior personality
  • Citizens of Pahang including the applicant or their parents were born in the state of Pahang OR If the applicant and parent born outside Pahang and has resided for more than 10 years and intend to continue residing in the State, must submit a letter of confirmation residence of MPs / Officer / district headman. For applicants whose parents are not citizens of Malaysia are NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
  • The applicant must have Diploma with CGPA of 3.20 and above OR passed Matriculation OR STPM with CGPA of 3.0 and above

 

7.

Penang State Government

  • The applicant who was born in Penang or at least go to school for 5 years in Penang.
  • Have been offered a place in IPTA
  • Applicants who are following the PRA University / Matriculation are not eligible to apply.
  • 2 guarantors that have a basic salary of RM 500.00 and up.

 

8.

Sabah State Government Scholarship

  • Malaysian citizen from Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan and one of the parents are born in Sabah or the Federal Territory of Labuan.
  • For Diploma, Pass SPM with a score of at least grade C in five (5) subjects including Bahasa Melayu and subjects related to the course to be followed. Graduated with honors in English subject for universities that use English as the Medium of Instruction.
  • For Undergraduate Courses, Pass STPM certificate to obtain a minimum grade of B in the four (4) subjects related to the course to be followed.
  • These qualifications must be obtained with only once Occupy examination or an equivalent qualification. Pass Matriculation with at least 3.00 CGPA .
  • Foundation graduate with at least 3.5 CGPA.

9.

Perkeso

  • Applicants can also be children of contributors who died while in employment because of injuries, or died before reaching their 55th year.
  • The applicants must be below 21 years of age
  • Not married
  • Pursuing degree, diploma or certificate courses recognized by the Education Ministry.

 

10.

Bank Rakyat Foundation

  • Is offered to applicants who have a place and are pursuing their first year at IPTA / IPTS in the country recognized by the ministry concerned with higher education / Private Education Department and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and also ILA / ILS.
  • Malaysia Citizen.
  • Not less than 18 years  at the time of application and during the offer.
  • Age not more than 30 years during graduation.
  • Do not have a bankruptcy status.
  • Was confirmed to study / training at full time in universities / colleges / ILA / ILS.
  • Open to students in the first year only.
  • Students applying must have a savings account at the Bank Rakyat.
  • Following studies in all fields that are recognized by the Public Service Department (JPA) / Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) / Malaysian Vocational Training Council (SDS) / Government Agency (Malaysia) concerned and agreed by the Board of Trustees (YBR).
  • Academic qualifications First Degree CGPA of 3.0 and above level Diploma / STPM or STAM or STPM or equivalent to Matriculation / Foundation Science / Foundation University in respect of at least a CGPA of 3.0. For Diploma SPM grade 5A and 4B (no grade C and above.

 

11.

Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA)

  • Settlers’ Children Incentive Scheme (SIAP) was first introduced in 2004 aimed at reducing the financial burden Settler children and as a token contribution to children FELDA settlers who successfully pursue diplomas and degrees to IPTA / IPTS selected.

–    SIAP Application requirements are as follows;

a. Open only to Settlers’ Children, Stepchildren Adoption Settlers Settlers or registered rsecarasah (attach a copy of registration certificate or letter of confirmation)

b. Got an offer of diploma and degree to IPTA / IPTS selected

c. Age Limit Diploma (18-23 years) Degree (18-25 years)
